Dear customers, the products you have ordered will be sent to you via DHL GoGreen after receipt of payment.

If no or no different delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is 1-3 working days.

The delivery times (for Switzerland and EU countries) are 7-14 days.

The delivery times specified by us are calculated from the time of our dispatch confirmation.

* Order by 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday – delivery will then usually take place on the same day.

We are unable to ship to Helgoland and Busingen.
