Returns processing

If you are not satisfied with the items in your order, you can return them to us free of charge within 14 days (for orders in Germany).

We ask you to return only unopened, complete and unused items and sets. Otherwise, you have the right to compensation.

As soon as your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

All refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

For a return, please log into your customer account and click under the menu item "Orders" on the respective order and there on the field "Return item".
Then select the item that you want to return and state the reason for the return. The return label will then be made available to you for printing. Stick it on the package and send it back to us free of charge.

Please note - the completely free return only applies to orders in Germany. For returns from abroad, we will reimburse you a flat-rate shipping fee of € 6.80 upon receipt of your return.

Track your package

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Customers with a registered online profile can also access tracking information in the order history of their account.
